These Terms of Use govern your access to KDR's website, articles, galleries and video experiences. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service. Questions may be sent to shahar@engagemedia.tv.
1. Using KDR
KDR provides editorial media for personal, non-commercial use. Public reading does not require an account. Use the service lawfully and respect the rights of others. If you are not legally able to agree to these terms yourself, use the service only with the involvement of a parent or guardian as required by applicable law.
2. Content and intellectual property
KDR content, design and branding, and third-party photographs, videos and other materials remain the property of their respective rights holders. You may share links and use material where permitted by law. Except with permission or a legal exception, do not reproduce, redistribute, sell or commercially exploit content. A license allowing KDR to use an asset does not grant readers a license to reuse it.
3. Editorial information and corrections
Articles are provided for general information and entertainment, not as professional legal, financial or medical advice. Dated reporting may no longer reflect current events. Allegations, attributed accounts and opinions should not be treated as proven findings. We seek accuracy but do not guarantee that every item is complete or error-free. Send correction requests with the article link and supporting information to shahar@engagemedia.tv.
4. Images and video
Photographs and video may be cropped or edited for presentation. AI-altered imagery must be identified with “ALTERED WITH AI” in its caption and must not be treated as unaltered documentary evidence. Embedded videos may be unavailable, restricted or removed by their providers. KDR does not guarantee third-party playback or continuing availability.
5. Advertising and third-party services
KDR is supported by advertising. An advertisement or external link is not an endorsement or a guarantee of a product, claim or provider. Purchases and interactions with advertisers or external services are governed by their own terms. Do not click advertisements fraudulently or interfere with advertising measurement.
6. Prohibited conduct
Do not attempt unauthorized access to staff tools or private drafts, bypass access restrictions, introduce malicious code, impersonate others, or disrupt the service. Do not harvest personal information or use automated extraction in ways that infringe rights or impair the service. We may restrict access to address misuse, security risks or legal obligations.
7. Messages you send us
Send only material you have the right to share. Do not include unnecessary sensitive personal information in support messages. Sending a tip or correction does not guarantee publication, a response within a particular time, or confidentiality under a separate agreement. We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Availability and changes
We may update content, change features or suspend parts of the service. Loading, offline availability and video playback depend on your device, connection and third-party services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Updates to these terms will appear here with a revised date; any additional notice required by law will apply.
9. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without guarantees of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose or complete accuracy. KDR is not responsible for losses caused by third-party services or your reliance on editorial content where exclusion is lawful. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.
